Crib Plus* ask about the Plus*
- Suburban Bolt & Supply has a fully automated crib replenishment system which allows you, the customer, to concentrate on more important things while we manage your floor stocking needs. We will organize, identify and barcode your current inventory and ensure you only stock the sheet metal screws or shoulder bolts you need. ISO-9001:2000 Start-up Consultation:
In an ongoing effort to build stronger relationships with our customers, Suburban Bolt & Supply
now offers ISO-9001:2000 Start-up Consultation. This valuable service is designed around your
company's needs and schedule.
We will perform a gap-analysis on your organization and help you to determine what steps are
needed to achieve ISO-9001:2000 registration. We will then work with you to create and implement a
detailed plan. The depth and amount of help that we provide is determined by you, we are available
for anything from initial consultation to full implementation and registration.
Torque Auditing
- One of the questions we are often asked is "How tight is tight?" Suburban Bolt has expert staff that
can answer this question for you. From formal torque audit seminars in your plant to simple charts

NAAMS Standards / Suburban Blueİ product
- Suburban Bolt is committed to helping our customers become NAAMS compliant! NAAMS
(North American Automotive Metric Standards) were developed by the Auto/Steel Partnership to
establish metric measurements for envelope dimensions and operational characteristics for the
various components specified for assembly tools used by the North American automotive companies.
One of our professional sales consultants is on the NAAMS committee. This allows us to assist our
customers in making cost effective, educated purchasing decisions.
For customer convenience and NAAMS compliance, we carry the largest inventories in North
America of Unbrako and Holokrome color-coded Fasteners (Suburban Blue). Knowing what the
standards are and adhering to them, you will be able to eliminate specials and secondary reworking from engineering to assembly with metric blue fasteners. This will reduce costs and increase efficiency, thus improving your bottom line.
